when i did a ckd i found it easier to take shots of flax and olive oil with a protein shake than to choke down more tuna and mayo.

im going to be starting a tkd and want to know what types of oils other people use.

ive heard that with a calorie deficit it doesn't really matter if its good fat or bad fat because it gets used as energy before it has a chance to effect blood lipid levels.(IF YOUR ALREADY IN KETOSIS)so why couldn't a person just take shots of lard instead of spending big $$$ on flax.wouldnt the health benefits of flax be lost to the fat burning also??

there's been research that proves medium chain triglycerides like cocunut oil and palm kernel oil(saturated fats)can actually draw fatty acids from adipose tissue.and almost all MCFA are retained by the liver for energy production

I use extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil and cod liver oil. If I cook with oil, I'll cook with coconut oil. I take in around 2 tablespoons of each a day.
