I NEED ADVICE ON A NUTRITION PLAN

I WORK THE ''GRAVE YARD SHIFT'' SO MY DAYS &NITES ARE REVERSED. SLEEP DAY &WORK ALL NIGHT.

I'M TRYING TO LOSE B FAT & ADD LEAN MASS.DO I NEED MORE CARBS TO HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY TO MAKE IT TILL NEXT MORRN?? ANY IDEAS??????::::

ok whats your age, bodyfat, training expereience?

Do you consider yourself to have a slow or fast metabolism and most importantly what do you eat now?

I'm 38 b.fat 19% wt. 178lbs, been training about 2 yrs.. have a fast metabolism. i eat low fat foods. chicken breast mostly. corn g. beans,wheat bread, mased potatoes, lean beef,oatmeal, popwerbars, salads w/lowfat dressing. i want to get bigger without it all going to my ''gut''

Maybe the low fat approach doesn't aid you much.Slightly reduce your total caloric intake and then replace some carbs with healthy fats.(peanut butter,flax seed oil,olive oil,seesame oil,avocados)
Try to have more frequent meals but with less caloric density as well.
