I found this old bottle of xenadrine RFA-1 lying around the house. Here are its ingredients.

1 capsule:
-Bitter Orange (standardized for 2.5mg synephrine) -- 42.5mg
-Sida Cordifolia -- 167.5mg
-Yerba Mate, Kola Nut Extract (standardized for 7.5mg Salicin) -- 455mg
-Proprietary Thermosynergist Blend II (Green Tea Extract, Ginger Root, Cayenne) -- 100mg

I believe the caffeine is in the Proprietary Thermosynergist Blend II. Is there any ephedrine in this product? I can't tell if its the Canadian or U.S. version. The written ingredients also have a french version as well, so I'm guessing its Canadian, without any noticeable ephedrine added. Let me know if I'm wrong.

On the side of the bottle it does say in the warning that this product does contain ephedrine and caffeine..hmm..

the kola nut extract holds the caffeine

the proprietary blend *may* contain ephedra or some other similar product if ephedra is not legal in canada (i don't know about that)

If the bottle says that it does, then . . . It must.

green tea extract holds caffeine I think.
