getting fat.
drinking lots of beer again, it's compulsory !

been missing for some time now working ultra hard and staying off the interporn for fear of not getting any work done.

just running on the soft sand atm.
did about 2 K today.
strapping up the knees tight because i think that the uneven-ness of the soft sand gives the knee joint difficulty.
experienced knee pain lately.

on holidays right now and too far away from the gym because gym is near work not home.

improvise! so shut up if you are about to complain about no weights, that's right - shut up.

bodyweight-
c.60 chins/pull ups - wide grip/close grip (pronate)/sternum/shoulderwidth (supinate)/close grip (sup)
alternating with dips c.70 multiple grips
c.90 push ups
c.50 parralel pushups, inc. decline p/u
c.60 seated dips
body/w rows c.30
50 situps on decline

ate whatever and got on the piss when i got home - yay hahah

No I got back from that a while back.
