View Full Version : The best ECA?

I was reading about ECAs and was thinking of buying ECA Stack but Im trying to see what people found best through their own experiences. Before I buy anything though, I want to know how to properly use it. I know thats its for fat burning, but when do you take it. When you are cutting? or all the time? and when is it best to take it during the day? at night?

bah so many questions! I know you guys must think *damn newb, wasting my forum space* but any help would be appreciated.

Alright I read the posts and I figure I really cant go wrong with any brand. But 1 question I have yet to find answered is whether you take an EC stack only during cutting or all the time(bulking and cutting). Does it affect muscle growth at all? Im asking these because I have searched and cannot find the answers. If someone could help me out it would be great.

I'd only take it when trying to drop boydyfat.

understand that ECA can have some unpleasant side effects.

Ok ive been researching all of the fat burners and Xenadrine seems to be the most popular. Is it only necessary to take it before cardio workouts, or can you also take it before lifting. It seems like taking something that raises your heartbeat before heavy lifting might not be the best idea. Right now I plan on taking it 30 mins before my morning 3 mile jog(at 5:30 am :eek: ) and then taking it again when I get home and leave for the gym to lift.

I also read about the T2 stuff(which seems to be the best), but I think ill pass on anything that screws with my thyroid.

You can take ECA stacks before cardio and weight training only for the stimulant effect that it has, or you can take it throughout the day to get the fat burning effects. If I was going to take an ECA I would definetely take it before workouts, but start out with half the recommended dose to see how your body responds.

Best ECA stack is the pure chemical one:

Ephedrine HCl
Caffeine
ASA

I found it's TONS better than the 'natural' forms.
