I've recently switched MRP brands, and the one i'm currently taking contains 2.5g of creatine. I don't directly supplement with creatine right now, aside from the 2.5g's i get from the MRP. My question is, will this small amount of creatine interfere with or change the way i should take creatine in the future?

Also, I don't drink the MRP daily. It's more for convenience whenever i'm pressed for time, so i'm also wondering if there's anything wrong with taking creatine irregularly?

Appreciate any feedback.
