This is how my day looks like:
Breakfast 7:30
cup of low fat milk with teaspoon wey proteine
40gr special K (very low fat 0.2%)with some low fat milk
10:00 AM
cup of low fat milk
200gr low fat cheese (less then 1% fat)
little piece of fruit
12:00
cup of low fat milk
6 multigrain sandwiches with low fat cheese(+-120gr - 10%)
3:00 PM
whey proteine shake with low fat milk
little piece of fruit
5:30PM
150Gr or more chicken,steak,turkey or something else
2 potatoes or 125gr long grain rice
vegetables
8:30 PM
100 or 200 gr low fat cheese (less then 1% fat)
before bedtime aprox. 11:00PM
tablespoon whey proteine powder mixed in water
This all comes around 2000-2200 cals +-40 gr fat +- 270gr carbs(sometimes less) +- 180-190gr prot.
