01-01-2003, 12:53 PM
hey guys i was wondering as i said b4 i weigh 150 and right now i am trying to bulk. but i wanna weigh around 190 by mthe end of my senior yr, so basically in 2 yrs i wanna put on 40lbs of lean muscle, is it possible?

01-01-2003, 12:54 PM
lookin real good... everything looks pretty good to me actually.. could work on the hams a bit though wish I got into body building when i was that young..

01-01-2003, 12:58 PM
i agree...the only place i see needing some work so far is the hams.

the rest of you looks pretty damn good, but the hams need to catch up a bit. you could pop those erectors out a bit too. do you deadlift?

01-01-2003, 01:01 PM
Looking excellent!

And welcome to the boards.

01-01-2003, 01:05 PM
do i deadlift now that is a funny question:redface: j/k. well lately i havent deadlifted due to i messed up my back bowling, long story, and very stupid one too. but yeah i can max out at deadlift at 420 and usually do sets with 225 and hit the reps between 8-10. and i do stifflegged deadlifts always when going for reps. for some reason when i do stiff legged ones it puts more emphasis on my spinal erectors rather than my ham strings.thnx for the compliments guys, very appreciated.

01-01-2003, 01:07 PM
yeah sldls do the same thing to me. you look great tho.

01-01-2003, 01:25 PM

You do not look 150lbs,to my eyes you look 160-165lbs.When you get to 190lbs you'll be a walking house

Not saying he's lying, just saying he looks heavier then 150.

Man I wish I took bodybuilding seriously when I was in High School:cry: Oh how huge my muscles would be:p

01-01-2003, 01:26 PM
Well, he's 5'5, so automatically 150 pounds is a lot of weight to be carried on a frame that size. Especially as lean as he is.

01-01-2003, 01:45 PM
lookin good mate, welcome

01-01-2003, 01:49 PM
lookin solid man....the shoulders lookin good...might work on those hams like some ppl mentioned

01-01-2003, 01:49 PM
Great job man, having obliques show is totally sweet. Quads look rock solid as well.

At your age you may still be on schedule for a big growth spurt if you are 5'5". Is that height common in your family? I think you could attain your 40lbs in two years though. Just bulk and see how things go.

01-01-2003, 01:56 PM
16 years old, impressive... Do you diet.... do all the school girls like ya?

01-01-2003, 03:19 PM
16 yrs old and she's the "pretty" one of the family. So line up guys she is taking applications cause she's single and willing to travel. So fill in those applications now!!!:study:
Sorry I think I just deteriorated chisle's thread.
Back to the original thread.....I agree the hams could use a little bit of work and omg I agree with mr pietro that you might get a growth spurt :omg:

01-01-2003, 03:23 PM

Chisle, you look great. You have excellent overall shape. I think you could do very well in bodybuilding if you so chose. One thing, when doing the back double bi, you need to flex your hams. That is why Tryska made the comment, I don't think they are lagging, you just didn't flex them.

01-01-2003, 07:58 PM
no i know what i did wrong, i just never retook the picture, my camera ran out of batteries.

And as far as the growth spurt goes, i wouldnt be expecting it anytime soon. All my family is pretty much short. so i am doomed.

hey lizz as far as your sister goes huh, put in a good word for me. or well atleast i think i won the visual application, lol. single here!!

01-01-2003, 08:02 PM
i tried putting this one in earlier for some reason it didnt come through

Wow!! You look fantastic Chisle!!

Don't think i've ever seen a 16 yr old so HUGE!!

I agree with Mason, i think you definitely have got great potential for some serious body building! :D

01-01-2003, 11:28 PM
Keep up the great progress. Too bad about the height, but you never know maybe some long lost gene will kick in and you'll add another 5". One can hope. :D

01-02-2003, 01:22 AM
Yeah great progress man! Do I see GNC products in the background?

01-02-2003, 03:20 AM
Short dudes RULE!!

Lookin thick, dude. I'm a little under 5'6, and cutting from 200lbs, its strange how noticeable just a few more pounds of mass looks on a short guy.

01-02-2003, 05:19 AM
cmon... its all about the tall guys.

looking very good chisle

01-02-2003, 06:37 AM
Hey and welcome to the board. I was very impressed when I first saw you physique @ bb.com and I still am!
We're both 16, I'm heavier by far (20 lbs or so), and yet you looks so much bigger than me :)

01-02-2003, 05:26 PM

Keep it up and good luck to you! :)

01-02-2003, 05:39 PM
yeah that is Creatine in the background, i havent started taking it yet and i was planing on starting next week but now it doesnt look like that will be happening along with now i cant take weight gainer. All b/c decided to wrestle agian this year. gosh i hate it i am trying to gain weight now i decide to wrestle and now i most likely wont be ready for a comp during the summer. i was hoping after cutting during summer i would be weighing in at 160 or so.

Very impressive physique. You play any sports? You'd be a solid running back in football if you had speed to go with your height and size.

01-02-2003, 09:43 PM
lol, i played football i played 2nd string runnnig back and 1st string saftey and corner. Now i wrestle do gymnastics and cheerlead.

01-02-2003, 10:48 PM
Ah, you should go back for football, although I do like and respect the strength and agility of gymnasts. It's awesome.

Great bod, dude, keep up the good work.

01-02-2003, 11:21 PM
looked to me like the calves could have used some work, but there was never a really clear shot of them either.

01-03-2003, 09:47 AM
Nice work so far man! Great size. keep it up

lol. I was just going to say that.

Nice build, man. Looking very tight.

01-03-2003, 04:28 PM
Man you look awesome:) Your pictures give me so much faith that this hard work will payoff. Just guessing at my own bf% I will have to get down to around 165 (If I were to cut now from 185)
and if I could look half as good as you do I'll be friggin stoked:)

01-03-2003, 04:46 PM
hey ygar our stats are almost the same, except i weigh 150. and my bench is 275:strong: but are sizes like arms, chest and just bout everything else is exactly the same, thats kool. Any way thank you guys for such the warm welcome here and the great comments. there is so many other times i go to other boards and no one believes it is even really me. well thnx agian guys.

01-03-2003, 05:27 PM
Yes I was guessing that are sizes are similar and looking forward to cutting soon (in the next 6 months or so)
I want to be able to bench 275+ someday also:)

Keep up the good work:)

01-03-2003, 08:54 PM
well good luck to you, looks like i will be cutting early due to wrestling, gosh i hate it.

08-29-2003, 08:06 PM
Chisle you're amazing. I wrestled, did gymnastics and competed in cheerleading to back in HS. Those are great sports for building a strong core physique. Keep up the hard work. I'll probably be seeing you in the mags in the future.

08-30-2003, 01:20 AM
16 years old. It doesnt make sense to me. The cat looks like a full fledged body builder. Why did I not keep it up?? F word

08-30-2003, 08:58 AM
nice physique .. i hate being tall im makes me look more skinny but ur ripped goodjob...

goodluck in the future

08-30-2003, 09:50 AM
Xand, why you keep dredging up half year old threads? lol.

09-11-2003, 10:53 AM
Hey, you've got a great start and I think you have great potential for future competing in BB. Kind of remind me of Danny Padilla, in a way. Keep up the great work. I think you can put on 40 lbs of muscle at your age. Even if you don't grow in height, you're body will still grow big, which is going to make you look massive by the time you're 18-20 yrs old. Great job!

09-11-2003, 01:05 PM
Let's all keep in mind this thread is like 7 months old and I dont think the kid ever came back.

09-11-2003, 04:12 PM
That kid's a freakin MANCHILD! 16?! He looks like he's 25! Great ripped body tho.

09-14-2003, 01:08 PM
Very interesting...the guy posts a few pics of himself and then disappears never to be heard from again...
