I was just wondering if anybody has some tips for me on doing cardio to cut up. Like what's the best time of the day, intensity, and for how long. And any other stuff that might benefit me.

Geez, sounds like you are pretty cut up as it is. What are some of your goals? What supplements are you taking?

If i had 10% BF , i would not care alot about doing cardio , 10% is just nice

If you wanne do some , no mather what , then just do it for 10 minutes before working out , see this as warming up then

personally- i don't like cardio prior to weight training as i feel it taxes your energy stores for a serious, heavy session. i suggest warming up with light sets on the weights first.... train hard .. .then hit cardio. the other option is to move cardio to non-wt training days. either way, more and more evidence is showing that a relatively short interval cardio training is more effective than a long, steady session -- so i would give that a whirl.

6'3, 230 at 10% is huge. You shouldn't have to be worrying about cardio, if you are at 10%.

Hey AstronautJones, rightnow I am using pro-cell and mega whey by GNC, also glutamine, multi-vitamins, and ECA stack. I would like to be around 7% bf, and obviously not lose any muscle mass. I have a big trip to mexico coming up, thats why i want to be razor sharp.
