Basicially its a 2 week bulk cycle with no cardio followed by a 2 week cut cycle with cardio. I think there is some info on the eas site but not sure.

I have read up on this diet, and was also interested in trying it out. AJ_11, that's right, it is a 2 week bulk, followed by a 2 week cut cycle. But, in each of the cycles you take things to the extreme. You bulk with a great surplus of calories, then you cut with a great deficit of calories (something like 1000 cals below maintenance if i remember correctly).

go to http://www.musclemedia.com/training/abcde/v58_abc1.asp for more info on this diet.

The theory is brilliant, but from almost everyone i've spoken to or corresponded with (via the net) who have tried it weren't as impressed with the actual results.

I think Gino has had some degree of success with the plan in the past.

Well the diet example was given by Bill Phillips who owns EAS. You don't really need to foolow his diet. Maybe the macro breakdown.

He just chose to use supplements because he get them for free.
