how do you incorporate your pre and post workout shakes into this diet if your supose to have fats in it? arnt u supose to be avoiding fats post workout?

Your ratios don't have to be perfect for every meal.

Just at the end of day end up with about a third of total calories coming from all three macros.

Drop the fat from the post w/o shake and make up the fat calories in other meals.

is this diet an effecitive one. What kind of results do you get.

It's effective if you manipulate the overall calories to fit whatever goal you're currently aiming for e.g. calorie deficit for cutting, surplus for gaining.

Sticking to it also helps.
