howmany g. in u're tuna ??

i just wanna know if 54g of protein is good for 1 can of tuna, i don't wanna miss out on any more protein if i can, howmuch protein is there in u're can in total ?

27g is normal..

25-30g in a can is normal

tune is about 20-28 grams of tuna per 100 grams of drained product.
so that depends on how big your tin is.
