Not a good pic. I tried to stand normal so you guys can judge with out me being all flexed out.

in the side view is your stomach relaxed or flexed?

and what method of calculation did you use to determine you were 14% bf?

Ok, you asked what needs improvement. Overall, your upper body appears to have good shape. In a relative sense, your lats and traps lag a bit behind your chest. I would just say that if you wish to be bigger, you need only add overall size.

First off, thanks for all the great feed back. Chris I have been trying to focus on weighted pull-ups to bring my lats out, thanks for the honest advice! Avatar yes my stomache is relaxed in all the pictures. Im just standing up straight, however: I have noticed that since my chest has gotten bigger ive begun to fold my shoulders in more..... I think its because I feel like if I hold them back I look as if im sticking my chest out. BF% was measured with calibers. Do you think it looks like more or less? Actually BigAssDan was the one that checked it.(he's a member here.) Thanks Guys

Again thanks for the feedback. Legs are not my strong suit. I will post a pic of those in a couple of days.( Do not have any yet) But so you know Calves are 15 1/2 ". My Thighs are OK, I seem to have a hard time getting my Hams to grow, any advice on these are much welcomed. I plan to continue to bulk until March and then cut slowly until mid May.

Honestly does anyone think that my back is too thick!?! I have been told this and would like some feed back please.

Looking good. I don't think the back is too big ( of course I think most people's backs are too small). Good posture is always a good thing. usually the rounded shoulders comes from an overdeveloped chest and front delts (compared to back and rear delts), however in your case your back looks strong so listen to what your mom told you and stand up straight.

good work

kinetixtrainer
could you post your chest routine mate,

chest looking great.

kinetixtrainer
01-08-2003, 07:10 PM
Thanks herc! jjcool here is a tipical bulk routine

FLAT DUMBBELL PRESS
3 sets
12,10,8 reps
1 1/2 min. rest between each set

INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
same as above, usually on Smith Machine

PEC DECK
3 sets
12 reps
1 min rest
I try to select a pretty heavy weight on this. Just depends how I feel after the first 2 exercises.

UPPER CROSS-OVERS
3 sets
10 reps
1 min. rest between sets
heavy weight on this is not necessary!

I do try to variate this every workout. could be as simple switching to barbell flat press and incline dumbbell. I try to do dumbbells first for my shoulders sake.

Well I hope this can help! Anything else just ask.
Happy Lifting

MAN, to me 105's just feel tooooo freaking heavy.

looking great kinetixtrainer! Have a look at your posture, looking from the side your ear should be in the same line as your shoulder (check your sidepic, it isnīt) and also your lower back is inverted (is that the correct word?) , thats why your belly is standing out. Stand in front of a mirror and deeply inhale, thats the way your posture should kind of look like.

How about some flexed pics ?

What body fat do you guys think he is at? It looks like his abs are starting to show... I thought I read on here that they begin showing at 10%

bigassdan
01-16-2003, 09:23 AM
i checked his bodyfat at the time and I think it was like 14% or something. The method I used has a 3% error factor so it could have been as low as 11%. He's lucky in some regards. When he puts on bodyfat, it is evenly distributed. When I put it on it goes on just around the middle and love handles.

anyway it could have been 11%.

kinetixtrainer
01-27-2003, 07:36 PM

kinetixtrainer
01-31-2003, 09:32 PM
gandolf: thanks for the compliments.

koom: maybe it is the lighting or im more symetrical....(maybe im shrinking.......lol)

Ferdo: bf was measured with calibers so there was a 3% error factor..Im pretty sure though that it was 13 to 14%. but thanks Ill be happy to take less(maybe I wont have to stay on this damn diet so long.........lol)

Chest routine has already been posted om this thread.
Biceps: i.e. standing straight curl bar 3 sets of 12,10, and 8 reps. Resting about 1-2 min. between sets
Seated dumbbell curls for same amount of sets and reps
then either a hammer curl exercise or a isolator of some sorts.

Suppplements:
optimum 100% whey
simply creatin
dextrose (for post workout shake)
zma
and Ive taken 1 six week cycle of 1-T eithergels.

hope this helps!

Did you get any sides with theT-1s by Molecular, meaning acne? And id you use any OXo at the end of your cycle?

kinetixtrainer
02-02-2003, 08:58 AM
The only sides I received was an increase in acne and lose of libido. I did see any testicular shrinkage or lose of function down low(if you know what I mean.) Actually for the first 2 weeks it did the opposite. I did use 6oxo for my post cycle as well as zma. Nioxin shampoo was used to fight any potential build up of DHT. And fortunatly there was none during or after cycle.

With this said this is not saying you would be limited to the same sides.(you could have more or less!!)

Mon. chest back
tue. abs cardio

thu. abs and cardio

sat. off
sun. calves

you're doin great bro.....and guys I just want to say that these pics do not do his back justice as to how it looks in person.

I think you need to take some pics of a lat spread or focus on flexing your lats in your double bi shots. His mid and upper back are really full and lats look good in person also.

this man is doing pull ups with 60lb dumbbells hanging from his waste so I dont know what he could possibly do much better than that.

There's a lot of potential there.
Chest look great - nice and wide - bring out the top thickness with more incline work.

Triceps are execellent - work the biceps to match

Shoulders - great front delts, try to bring up the rear delts

Back is wide enough, just add thickness to it

No I haven't taken any new pics. I feel as if Ive stalled as far as weight loss goes.

Strength has actually increased a bit........kinda strange since im in calorie deficit.

I plan to take some more in about 5 days or so......thanks for asking though bro.

I used one last cycle while cutting (1-TNT) and it was great. It allowed me to cut while holding on to most of my muscle mass.

That was my final cycle though! Just a personal decision.
