What cereal, has the most protein in it? How many grams are there in that cereal?
Im not talking about health food stores, just regular markets.

I personally wouldn't worry about the protien from cereal as you would probably have to eat more than one serving to get the adequate amount of protien for a single meal. I usually only count complete protiens when figuring up my protien intake for the day.

Bradleys right. Cereal protein is an incomplete protein. Eat it for it's carb quality not protein quality. Stick to eggs and meat for that.

Eat oatmeal with whey in it.

but if u want cereal -- try Kashi Good Friends ... it has soy crunchies (mmmmm). i can't remember the real number but it is somewhere between 8-15g protein per serving.
Yeah, if you want soy protein smart start soy protein is okay.
Bradley and the rest beat me to it but don't worry about proteins from plant sources. When I count my 300 grams of daily protein, that is from whey, casein, egg, and meat only. Heck, if I counted protein from plants (grains, soy, rice, etc) it'd be closer to 350-375.
