Is it wise to participate in a full cardio routine after lifting? Or should cardio be saved until a rest day?
The reason I ask is because I am trying to lose weight (225lbs @20% bf)and increase overall endurance. So if I lift 3x/week, should i be doing cardio on the days I lift as well?
