Can someone please tell me what the general "most often used" formula is for figuring out how many calories you should eat when bulking, and how many when cutting.
Like:
20xbodyweight = bulking
15xbodyweight = cutting

or whatever it is.

18-20* bw = bulk

~15 * bw = maintain

10-12* bw = cut

these are estimates to start from
