After 2 weeks HST

this is me before and after the first 2 weeks of HST.

Had to end it early cuz I had some personal stuff to take care of

But I managed to get a little bigger (i think) so I'll be back on the HST track again!

It appears your back has gotten thicker which is pretty cool for only two-weeks. More than most can claim.

I'm beginning my 3rd cycle using HST principals and I enjoy this method much more than the customary/popular methods.

Two weeks on HST and you see improvement? Bro well done then, considering that the first two weeks are the highest rep sessions. Just image the changes that will come when you do a full 8 week session.

I honestly don't think you are going to see too much change in 2 weeks. It's especially hard to tell considering that the two poses are different...
