LOL

1500 Calories is good, for a 10 year old girl. You need to eat more.

Whey is like $20-30 for a 5 lb container.

First off you need to get your diet straight before you worry about any type of supplement. What are your current goals?

I agree, you need to eat more and get more protein from foods. Whey is just a supplement to an already good diet. Post your current diet/training and goals for more specific advice.

What they said...increase your calories, 1500 is ok if you're like 100lbs...not 185. Worry about the supplements after you get your diet in order.

Supplement your diet with a quick digesting protien. Probably the most beneficial when taken post-workout.
