I'm starting a cutting diet.... my whole school year so far has been shambles on weight training and bodybuilding. i haven't gained any size or weight... I went more than a whole month without working out and expected my lifts do be really down. What a lovely surprise to find that my bench which had been stuck at 170lbs for like 4,2 reps increased to 175 lbs for 6,4 reps...didn't really expect this.. I'm really happy about this since my weight is 160lbs at most ever.

Anyways I'm going to Cuba on march 6 and want to look really good for the trip.. I've always wanted to have a real low bodyfat but this trip gives me a bit more motivation. Anyways this is how i'm going about it.

I started this plan on Wednesday January 8 and plan on finishing it on Wednesday March 5. One day before my plane leaves for Castro's country.


From Wednesday January 8 to January 22 i'm going to be taking in a total of 2000 calories. 330 at each of my six meals. From the 8th to the 15 I'm not going to be too hard on myself and allow myself to cheat a bit but come the 15 "Discipline" is going to be my middle name.

From the 8th of january to the 22nd. I will be taking in 2000 calories. I currently weigh exactly 160lbs at like 5'10 feet tall and am 18 years old.


MEAL ONE

1 1/4 cups of skim milk 121 cal
one scoop of designer whey 90 cal
(best friggin whey ever)
1 pack of oatmeal 119 cal
sweetener 6 cal

Total of like 330 Calories







MEAL 2

can of tuna 128 cal
miracle whip 2 tbsp 34 cal
brown rice 3/4 cup 168 cal


Total of around 330 calories




MEAL 3

fish fillet 95 cal
baked potato 1 1/4 cup 155 cal
fat free sour cream 2 tbsp 22 cal
veggires 25 cal


Total of around 330 calories




MEAL 4 and 5

undecided (help me out...) i think more rice and chicken breast.






MEAL 6


Same as meal 1

Come January 22 to February 12th i'm going to only be taking 1900 calories. 320 per meal. I'm going to cut out the additives like sour cream etc....

From February 12th to February 26 i'm going to be taking in 1700 calories at 280 calories per meal. I'm going to eliminate all additives like diet drinks and I'm going to stop drinking MILK.

On February 27 i'm going to keep everything the same.

February 28 cut my carbs in half, until March 3.

March 1 i'm going to stop training legs.

March 2 keep everything the same.

March 3 stop all weight training and aerobics.

Double amount of carbs from february 28 ( i don't know if this means twice as much from when i reduced by half or what???)
I'm going to eliminate all veggies.

March 4 i'm going to not restrict water intake.

March 5 decrease my carbs by 25% and drink when i'm thirsty.....


Then on March 6 get to Cuba eat some of there food and get diarreah for a week straight because my immune system will be so low:bash:

good luck with the cut man. It helps if you plan out what your going to eat all day as soon as you get up.

Anyways, have fun in cuba! :cool:

What about meal 4 same as meal 1. Then more chicken and rice for meal 5 and maybe cottage cheese and flax for meal 6. Good luck with the cut.

how sthe cut goin Fatticus McFat?? Just kiddin, you did tell me to try to motivate you though! All looks good mate, you gotta lose the smoking though, that should be step #1 After that though, I think as long as ya stick to it, you'll be in true pimp form for Cuba!!

Shank....after you know what......happened to me. i'm not even touching those sticks....... maybe that incident was a blessing in disguise because i don't think i would have been able to quit otherwise:rolleyes:

Don't worry about it Shane...I'm aborting this cutting phase and making it 3 months instead of like 1 and a half... I'm going to have everything posted soon.... and don't be embarrasing me Shane....

I'm now going to start my diet on January 21 which is a tuesday.. I didn't like how I was feeling on the other diet.. Too few calories..... It's now going to be a 3 month program...I'm going to start on January 21 and finish on march 25. I'm going to get all my food ratios made up tomorrow.

I like the look of your diet there. I am working on a cutting diet also, but still have alot to work on.

How do you know you will be burning more than the 2400 calories? I am doing cardio 15 mins, 3 times a day on a treadmill, and its only burning 100 calories per session (300 per day). How do you assure your system will help you to shed body fat?

I'm just doing the Lean body program from www.labrada.com but like that is way fewer calories than i am taking now so i think it should be good.

First day on this plan....

Calorie intact seemed decent until before bed when i got really, really hungry...

Can anyone give me insight on whether or not this is good or if i'm taking in to few calories...

Water intake was good..... and ate two timbits on top of my meals..

I'm excited for tomorrow when my school starts up again as i can use a gym finally..

I haven't worked out consistently in a long time and am hoping that i can do it finally now... Hopefully my lifts will be alright from the long layoff...

I realize that by my trip i'm still going to be small but hopefully i will be remotely cut... I haven't put on any muscle mass this school year and think i have lost a fair bit...not good news but hopefully this will change as of now.

1) Get cut
2) Go to Cuba
3) Meet lots of hot chicks in Cuba
4) Bang lots of hot chicks in Cuba

Anyways for Monday February 3.
I only had 4 meals and one of them was a slice of gino's pizza and a six inch roasted chicken sub...hmmm not too good..

Hmmm Tuesday February 4 didn't go to well.. Still out of chicken breasts. Had a footlong chicken teriaky sub for my 2nd meal. Had 3 chocolate bars too. I think i stayed in my calorie limit though. I'm going to get better and stricter as of tomorrow.
