I want to make sure that this diet is ok. I won't have the exact same thing every day, but it's a good idea of what I'll try to eat..I'm not bulking or cutting, I'm just trying to build a good base ...like 8-10 reps for most exercises and trying to gain lean muscle weight and get bigger...I workout 4 times a week, I'm 16, and I weight 180 at 6'2 as of now. Goal is 190 of almost all lean muscle mass by summer.

your drinking all 4 juices for breakfast?

I'd only have 1 glass or non at all.

Yeah, I'd say replace some of the breakfast juices with more food. Or 3 of the 4 out altogether.

Note that it was lined up well in notepad, but the forums ****ed it up. I'm too lazy to fix it.

Lay off the Grapefruit juice, to much Acid, also O.J, drink water with your breakfast it won't kill ya dude.'

Eat regular peanut butter (natural) not creamy, lay off the biscuits to, NO POWERADE, that is filled with sugar if I am correct. No cheese, no pizza unless organic, no waffles, make those egg whites only in your eggs and no waffles unless they are wholewheat.

I know this sounds tough but if you going to build mass build clean mass, even though you think that becuase you workout and take supps doesn't mean that those waffle calories won't go right to your gut and turn you into a fatty.

Bulk clean man, that is the only way to go.

I would increase the calories in the postworkout meal and get rid of the milk and add in more high GI carbs. Also it looks like you are taking in a lot of calories for someone who weighs in at 180 but then again you could have a metabolism like a cheetah. If you are gaining more than a pound a week I would cut the cals back. I would get rid of all that fruit juice in the morning and add in some whole eggs and oatmeal.

Ok, I'm totally ignorant on a lot of this so bare with me..I'm sure I'll respond really stupidly here..

" lay off the biscuits to, NO POWERADE"

What's something that doesn't taste TOO awful that can take its place? The idea was to give me carbs for my workout/run, but is there too much fat in the biscuits or what?

What are some foods high in GI carbs?

And I have absolutely no problem eating this much. I was eating at least 1,000 calories more than this before everyone told me my diet is causing me to gain fat weight...I am actually staying pretty steady, usually gaining a little weight the morning after my rest day, which I would think is a good sign ...

Thanks a lot.

***I love Thomas' Whole Wheat bagels (10 grams of fiber too!). You might want to try those. Personally, about an hour before a workout, I just eat a meal that would look normal in any other part of the day for me: can of tuna & glass of milk, WW bagel w/ natural PB and a chicken breast, etc. Works for me. Check the label on the biscuits. There is probably a substantial amount of "bad" fat and the carbs are crap too (it's similar to white bread).

***I eat "Smarties" candies postworkout. There is actually a websit: www.smarties.com. They are completely comprised of dextrose and malodextrin, exactly the carbs you want immediately following a workout. I eat 3 - 25gram packages for a total of 75 grams.
