im gaining and im doing a lot of this to feeling, but this is what im doing pretty much:
the numbers are weird cuz i did what i estimate is the average of what i actually do
1) 3 full eggs
3 egg whites
350 ml milk
93 grams of oats
slurp of olive oil OR scoop of peanut butter
2) Chicken breast. big portion
50 grams of peanuts
4 slices of ww bread
3) Chicken breast. big portion
50 grams of peanuts
4 slices of ww bread
4) 1 full egg
4 peanut buttered sandwiches
can of tuna
5) family meal, meat, veggies and potatoes (the dutch way)
3 egg whites
about 30 grams of peanuts
6) 350 ml milk
93 grams oats
scoop of peanut butter OR slurp of olive oil
can of tuna or salmon
on training days, 3 times a week, meal 4 is equal to meals 2 and 3 cuz those are like, my packing meals and i dont go home between gym and school.
after training sessions i often have an overpriced protein and banana shake from the gym, which are very big. 1-1.5 pint.
on this diet, i have stopped to gain weight at 106.7 kilos.
