ive seen a couple people mention thats there's new guidelines floating around that recommend less than a gram per # of bodyweight

can somebody point me to the study or let me know what they're recommending

i'm not planning on dropping my protein intake but sometimes i dont hit 1g/# and feel guilty

Well, the FDA's recommendation is .6 g per kg of bodyweight I believe...(or is it lb? :scratch: ) I think its kg.. anyway, thats OBVIOUSLY not enough for anyone who's physically active. If you're trying to put on some size I'd recommend a good 1-1.5 g lb of bodyweight.
