To make things short, how do you guys prepare these meals?

Potatoes - bake in tinfoil or cook in water?
Chicken - fry in a pan or broil in a microwave?
Fish - fry in a pan or bake in the oven?

:)

Potatoes are quickest in the microwave. No more than 7 min.
Chicken is usually baked w/ the skin removed or grilled.
Tuna is usually eaten out of the can. But I have a freezer full of the fresh stuff that I eat either steamed, baked or grilled.

Chicken fried in pan. Fish baked. Potato depends on the meal, nuke, fried, baked. Grill lots too.

Sweet potatoes - baked in oven mostly

Chicken - fry in olive oil, baked, broiled, sauted, stir fried...yo0u name it I've done it. Chicken fear me.

Fish- mostly in can form...sometimes I get some fresh fish I'll broil in the oven or on the stove. but mostly in 6.5 oz can form.

Potatoes - usually boiled, I prefer sweet potatoes so sweet potatoe puree works for me :)

Chicken - bake/broil in oven, if they're boneless i'll fry up in a skillet with some PAM

Fish - out of the can...TUNA :)
