I'm about 6'1 and i'm not Fat, just got a little flab Iwant to lose

What are the best Exercises and the best Diet for me to lose weight

I've heard so many different ways but someone told me to post here because 'all know what your talking about

I want to lose around 20lbs or anything rreally, it's mostly my UPPER body and my sides

Any info il help, PLEASE

I train the same way whether I am cutting or bulking and there is no such thing as spot reduction. Start reducing your cals slowly until you are losing about a pound or so a week. A good starting point on calories would be 15*bw which should close to your maintenace calorie intake. Decrease daily calories by about 300-500 and see what kind of results you get. Might want to post what you eat on a typical day and you will probably get some more input. How much do you weigh?

Also look in to fat burners...they will give you a nudge in the right direction...o
