6:45 Bowl of Cereal("cheerios") cup and a half of milk and flax oil

12:00 pack of penuts/Water

2:15 2# 6oz steak, Flax Oil

5:30 2-3hamburger or 6oz steak or 2 peice of boiled chicken.

Only 1 of them Also with flax oil


9:00 Vitamans


I drink 1 to 2 gallons a day.

you got some work to do. u need to eat triple that if ur bulking

I think you said you weighed 185 pounds in a previous thread. That means you need to be eating somewhere in the neighborhood of 3000 cals a day if you are bulking. This is just a good starting point and you might have to increase or decrease cals until you are getting the desired weight gain (approx a pound a week). Get some carbs in your diet: oats, sweet potatoes, lentils, veggies, etc. Might want to add in some high GI carbs postworkout as well to aid in recovery.
