Hi everybody!, I am new at the whole workout diet but really want to change that. I am 28 years old,6'0" and averaging about 215 pounds. I am going to england in 4 weeks and would like to drop my weight to 190-200 pounds. Is that possible and if so how?:help:

Hi Graphix007, thatīs quite a goal youīve got there.

Best way, i think, is to do a cyclical ketogenic diet, just check out
wannabebig.comīs nutrition article archive and read the articles
"Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, The Science" and "Application of a
Cyclical Ketogenic Diet", they are very good and that kind of
diet works well.

Your not gonna lose 15pounds of fat in 4 weeks but, if your not bothered about losing muscle then morning cardio is the answer ....... and lots of it.
