Ok, so i bought keto stix to test for ketones present in urine...possible errors are:
1.touching test area with thumb in an effort not to piss my pants while half alseep.
2.Eating PB before bed appox. 6-7 hrs before
3.Vitamin and drug interactions

Im sure #1 affected the test, but what about 2&3?

3 shouldn't be an issue

2 could kick you out of ketosis.

I wouldn't worry too much, though.
