calf 14.5
Just started a 16 week bulk!

Great definition man! Definitely gotten quite a bit more shredded since last jan. Back is looking good, maybe hit the chest a little bit more. It looks almost like you have lost some mass in your chest since last jan. Good luck with the bulk. Its tough to let those abs go.

I did a 7 point BF test which was 12.7%, my abs are around 10%.....

Your upper body looks good. Your legs are lacking though so make sure you bring those up.

I started doing about 13 min stairmaster @ the max/20 setting everytime I lift, which is about 1.5mi....That helped me to finally see some definition! I had gained almost 40lbs from lifting since '96 (was 142 whn I started), then I cut last year, now I'm trying to bulk with low BF% gain and it's tuff to do!
