Well theres a post about how to force extra calories down the hatch if you have a weak apetite, but my question is, how do you curb your apetite if you are normally ravenous and want to cut? Any ideas appreciated.

eat more fat with your meals; eat lower gi foods to stabilize insulin levels; eat less more often and start taking fiber supplements

I actually tried water and fat and it doesn't work. I have a really strong appetite usually. I eat all Low GI foods, drink alot of water and eat a good portion of EFA's. For me it's in my mind though which make's it tougher.

Yeah, I agree mental addiction to food sucks. Sure is better than a physical addiction for sure though... although I would have an easier time quitting a physical addiction, cause I can live w/ pain. Therefore I am now cigarette free, but still can't manage to go on a damn diet. But I haven't gained any weight since quitting.

Maybe you're cutting cals too quickly and you're body is not adjusting quick enough from bulk to cut.

I agree, I find it much easier to cut by gradually reducing cals each week until my calories are at the level I want them. I usually drop 150-300 of my daily total each week which is a subtle change IMO.

Yea, it works bro. Its the only thing that can keep me from Unleashing on a Box of Lucky Charms.

I recommend a protein blend so you get some whey immediatly to kill the craving and then theres slow burning milk or egg proteins to keep you sated. All the Vitamins and minerals will help too. A real MRP packet with low carbs is best like a LC Labrada or my Fav APM60. Take it with some fiber and you wont feel like binging for sure.
