Alright, i'm finally at 170 lbs that the most I've ever weight. MY goal is to get to 200lbs by the end of summer and cut for Muscle Mania in November.

Congrats, and keep up the hard work. Whats your diet look like if you have time to post it? Just wondering out of curiousity.

protein shake

work out

meal one
Nlarge2+creatine+glutamine

meal two
5 egg whites
2 ww bread
1cp of milk
Natty PB

Meal three
tuna
ww bread
mayo
lettuce
apple
water

meal four
1 chicken breats
1 mesquite chicken breast
1cp brown rice
water

meal five
same as four

meal six
1/2 chicken breast
4 egg whites

bedtime
NLarge2(I know, but it's been helping a lot!)

I also fit in 2 protein shakes and 1 gallon on water.
I forgot to mention some of my fats like
olive oil, flax and Natty PB.

How long do you wait after your postworkout N'large before having your next meal? This is always a constant debate and I like to see what others who have had success do.

I wait about an hour then I eat real food. I take the Nlarge right after my work out like on the drive home.
