i lsot 6 and a half lbs my first week and gained it all back on sat and sund im on pace to lose 7 this week this will be my last week on it as i feel i have gotten a lot flatter(less stoked) and i feel horrible trying to work out. should i let myself go on the wwekend then start a iso-caloric or go strictly into it saturday morning?

Keto makes you look flat and makes you feel like sh*t. Once you carb back up you'll be fine.

A TKD might suit you better, but if you really don't like it, find another diet.
