i'm 249 (i was 285, then went to 230 last year but then gained 20lbs) l train every day i want to cut this fat, i'm doing atkins diet

You're a very large guy.

So is your intention just to lost fat or also put on muscle mass? The atkins diet can hinder muscle gains, but if you're mainly interested in cutting it should be okay as long as you tailor it to your specific needs.

i just want to cut , my body fat % is 34% so i need to work my butt hard

Switching to a cyclical ketogenic diet could help you, it has some advantages compared to atkins diet, especially for bodybuilders. But you´ve made great progress anyway!

last time i checked they were , the right one 16 1/2 and the left one 16 , but that was i year ago thought. the important thing that they are cutting good., hey bigkevin , i got your picture as my inspiration now , you did a great job .

Ya, they look bigger than 16" for sure. Good job regardless. The rest will come in time.
