Dif between Kcal and Cal

wich is te main difference or its the same, cuz i get confused when some ppl uses kcal and others cal

What we usually refer to as a cal is in fact a Kcal. It's essentially a mistake everyone makes and tolerates. There's no difference.

A Calorie is different than a calorie. Notice the capitalization.

1 Calorie = 1000 calories = 1 kilocalorie as was mentioned above.

For the sake of simplicity and time, everyon just says cals.
