Carbs from Bars... Good or Bad?

Good day all,

I was just wondering, I've always bought LOW carb bars but I recently tried a bar (Detour - Caramel). The stats were 25 Carbs, 29 Pro.. so I'm wondering were those carbs simple + bad? or since there suppose to be a healthy product actually good sugars.

I don't have the rapper anymore and should of checked the "type" of sugar, but in general what are they?

6 g's of sugar is pretty low. I think you are fairly safe. Nice amount of protein.
