I happened to stumble upon this recipe in a mag...... i actually tried it and was pretty impressed! :thumbup:
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
4 egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 cup cott cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
pepper
parsley (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9-inch cake pan with olive oil cooking spray. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix till smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for approx 20mins or until mixture is set. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.

Fat: 7.6g
