Not be'in cruel, just honest . . .

In the spirit of "honesty", I don't see much difference between the two images. If anything, you appear to be heavier through the midsection (maybe shadows are causing distortion ?) in the most recent image.

Possibly you've lost the weight in portions of your body that are not represented in these images.

None the less I applaud your effort.

You look like you're either quite depleted in the after pictures or you've lost a bit of lbm.

Agree GALI.

The pics are not too accurate. Since the position of the cam was not the same exact as the last pic. Also shadow plays a major role on the depth of the muscle.

I think I might had lost a bit of muscle, but I have gone up. I was too low on calories, 2000.. It seems i lost muscle and no fat. I have up my cals to 2500 and take it steady. Lift and do cardio.. No rush..

I have done HST for 6 weeks now, and I feel much stronger. My lifts have gone up. But i think it was that 15' rep cycle that screwed me up, mainly becuase I did not eat any food.

Probably a good idea to up the calories a little. Once your body readjusts you're likely to do quite well.
