I went to walmart and picked up a $50 "Professional" scale. It has the adjustment nob, and the needle like most scales, but doesn't seem to be that accurate.

What scales are you all using to weight yourselves? I am trying to get something as detailed as possible, as I would like to know if ive lost a lb in a week. With this scale, it seems like its always off a pound either way before you adjust it, and I really don't trust it.

Thanks in advance

Even if it was perfectly precise, it's very hard to tell that you've lost 1 pound as the bodyweight can change because of the water it holds, the food you have ate etc.

I have a cheap scale. I weight myslef 3-4 times until I keep getting the same #.

I would also recommend weighing yourself at the same time each week. First thing in the morning would be a good time to do this.
