Mayonnaise isn't that bad at all. I prefer moyonnaise that use canola oil. Just don't get the low fat stuff because they put more suger in it to compensate for the taste.

He didn't say that he eats only 13 grams of fat, he said that his diet was lacking 13 grams of fat. :rolleyes:

yeah, mayo is good. Regular mayo at least is good as a fat supply.
