How much skim milk do you guys think is appropriate for someone who is cutting?

Every 200 ml serving of skim milk which I am using has...

100 cals, 10g protein, 9g carbs, 3g Fat, 2g Sat. Fat, 1g Lactose.

Do you think it's OK to consume such skim milk 3 servings a day?

I think it would be fine as long as you count those calories toward you daily calorie intake. As long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight.

ditto.

follow that rule, you loose fat.

though if you mean cutting as in sheding water for a competition then thats a different answer.
