Okay, here's the deal
I'm wanting to lose my extra weight, and I've read a lot of articles and talked to a lot of people, it's only made me even more confused then ever.
First, some say to do it slow and not go 'cold turkey' on my junkfood because my body will go into a withdrawal and it won't be good. But others say to start immediately for the best results.
Secondly, I read the articles here on WBB and I don't seem to be able to fit into the time catergory. This is what my usual schedule is.
7am - 12am : work
1:45 - 2pm : school
5pm - 9pm : school
So I don't know when I can fit my meals in, if I was to do the recommended 6 or so. I mean I barely pull in one big one, maybe two a day.... any recommendations, and if I can't do the 6 meals, what other alternatives are there?
