I am a little confused about fruit. Which ones have a low glycimic, as well trying to keep my carbs under 100 grams. Which are best for this, i was eating bannanas but was talking to a friend and said thats the worst fruit to eat for that.

Most fruit is high in sugar and it would be hard to find one low on the GI.
I don't eat much fruit so maybe someone else would be better answering this question.. :help:

This should help. Might try something like blueberries and strawberries.
