Curl- 20x20 30x20 35x20

Calf raise- 270x12 360x12 270x12

Dips- BWx10x2

Tricep- 100x10 110x10 120x10

Basic WBB Routine
Put this in to benefit me later :-)
Day 1: Chest and Back

Chest

Flat Barbell Bench Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
Low Incline Dumbbell Press : 2 x 6-8 reps
Dips : 2 x 6-8 reps

Back

Chin ups : 2 x 6-8 reps
Deadlifts : 2 x 6-8 reps
Barbell Rows : 2 x 6-8 reps
Shrugs : 1 x 10 reps

(this really looks like an easy work out and really short....)
I should do very heavy weights correct? hehe just asking to make sure..

It can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be. Intensity will be the determining factor. Good luck with the new routine.:D

I feel this isnt really working me out that much....

Dont really consider these supplements theyre more a way of life to me lol- Multi Vitamin and Whey Protein

I eat basically anything I can that sounds good to me
but usually I eat:
Protein shake for Breakfast
with 5 egg whites
and 2 cups of dry oatmeal

Lunch I eat Chicken lots of chicken
another protein shake at about 3
My lunch blows because its kinda hard to get good food

Dinner I eat everything.

Yes I guess you could say im Bulking... I eat every 2 hours usually But i still maintain abs etc i just cant lose them, I dont even work them out.... its really weird my stats are 5'9 165 pounds
goals are:
Bench 275
Squat 415
Weight 185
Arm size - 18 Inches
And a Huge ass CHEST hehe
I know I can reach these goals thats why I chose them :-)
I want to gain mass but also stay cut... I like my sex life hehe

Basically saying I want the arms I want the Chest I want the abs and I wants the calfs gotta have them calfs hehe

When I weighed 150 -
my Max bench was 225
Squat was 315
6 Months ago I weigh 135 pnds
I do not know my current max on either of these
and I dont think im ready to find out hehehe

well its been a while since bench-330 sqaut-405
