I was reading an article in mens health that says its good to take in the bulk of your cals in your first 3 meals. They suggest 4 meals a day, with 1-3 being high in cals, and #4 being around 300-400.
Anyone else do anything like this? They said you would sleep better, and maybe even lose more weight, but does this really work?

My guess would be that you would be more active after the early meals. Therefore, you would need more calores for the higher activity.

I also have heard that its good to get majority of your cals in during the first half of your day.

Not sure, body is going use what it uses. I do make breakfast a big meal though. I do eat most of my fats for breakfast, maybe its all in my head though.

I tend to eat heavier in the A.M. as opposed to the evening.

Really, it's not going to matter much.
Cals in vs. cals out: that's what's important.
