ok, i mixed to get a comfortable diet for me (things i like and things i can get).
i got these tell me what you think

(Meal 1) Breakfast:

Oatmeal
Yogart or an apple
60 grams of whey protein




Meal 2

6 oz Tuna
3 tblspn. mayo
4 slices wht. bread
16 oz orange juice


Meal 3

7 oz chicken breast
3 oz pasta
1 cup tomato sauce

Meal 4
one cup and a half of cottage cheese
strawberries or apples


Meal 5 (post wo)
FOR WORKOUT DAYS!
sugar ( punch )
40 grams of whey protein
3-4 tall glasses of water
FOR NON-WO DAYS
a large juicy steak!
steamed spinach
2 tall glasses of water

Final Meal (6)

one banana 100
one cup of milk 100
40 grams of whey protein 200
2 spoonfuls of peanut butter 200
two tall glasses of water

what do you think?
shoul i take whey before WO? i.e. change meal 4 with 6? or its ok like that? thanks

Whey isn't the greatest thing to have before bed. Try some whole food protein like cottage cheese, eggs, or chicken.

I would switch 4 and 6 like Vido suggested. Also throw in some type of fat with meal 1, maybe some pb or flax and if you are wanting to keep the calories the same you could probably leave out the yogurt.
