OK i read the book and I get why he claims to not to count calories on this diet. I am kind of stubborn and skeptikal on this. I mean a 210lbs person will require to eat 150lbs person in order to still lose fat but not muscle.

I still try to count calories on this diet and I am still aiming for my maintenance calories (3200cals @ 210lbs) Seems like I have to eat a LOT of fat and protein

I meant to say a 210lb person will have to eat MORE than a 150lbs person :)

i'm doing the cutting diet.

I figured out the calorie thing, but anybody have any suggestions as far as the amount of carbs to have in the carb up relative to what Rob says? I read in people's journals that they usually ended up taking in more carbs than what rob says.

Eat the carbs until you feel full.

if you're dieting, then go for bw x12, so that's about 2600kcals for a 210lb lifter.

That ain't so bad if you set protein around the 1.5g/lb mark.

And yeah, carbs. What he said.
