i was in the store and looked at the back of a tuna can..it said "13g of protein" now is that 13 for the whole can or per serving? i believe it said you get 3 servings out the can..

Im pretty sure it is per serving but i just wanna check with you guys first

I buy tuna before before shakes, bars, or any of that crap. I usually eat 2 or 3 cans a day.

Might be per serving. But a can of 130 grs has about 20-27 grs of protein. Easy and cheap.
