I'm currently in London working on an issue at a client's site and grabbed some cottage cheese to snack on. It's better here than in Canada in that it's more solid as opposed to runny chunks.
Anyone know of a brand in Canada that is more solid?

I have found that the 4% fat cottage cheese is much thicker than the 1% or ff kind. Was the kind you bought in London the same as far as fat content?

Mine is not runny. If i stir it up a bit it goes a littler softer though.
are food cost a bit more. so generally a bit better quality.
