Zee natural liposuction project

I checked my journal I found out that the last time I was in the gym and trained serious was on 15th of June 2002, so its about high time that I get down to business now. Iíve been a lazy slob for my entire life, but recent events has inspired my beyond belief, so now Iím going to stick to this and finished it or die trying.

I know that all of my lifts are pretty sickening weak, but Iíve been away from this game to long. Now Iím coming back with all the power I can muster. And now Iíve got some serious motivation too since Iím joining the military this autumn and try out for SF, where the minimum requirements are running 5000m under 27min with a full gear and gun, swimming 200m, 15 pushups, 20 sit-ups. I intend to fulfil those requirements.

I am starting off with the WBB I routine just to get back in the rhythm again.

Okey, its my first day with this routine for live thingy, here goes nothing ;

These lifts are utterly sucky sucky, i know, no need to rub it in.

Diet went well today, i even bougt 50 protein bars...damn it costs ****loads here, paid about $191 for 50 protein bars, 600g Glutamine and a box of Flaxseed Oil Softgels with 100softgels. I think thats just rape man.

Stein joined me to the gym today since he forgot to train yesterday. It was cool. A lot of cool peeps in the gym today, and the one special guy thats on the verge of the nastiest roid rage ever.

I dropped school today and just relaxed home, trying to catch up on my school work, bleeeeih, did I? Noooooooo... spent the entire day surfing porn and chatting to people over msn, Yes, its official, I have no life.

Okey, everything went fine till the last set of the narrow grip BP, 65 seemed piece of cake and i would have done it 10times if it hadnt been for some skinny white dude in 5sizes to big Fubu cltohes touchin the barbell. I know he did that with purpose...i lost my balance and the barbell landed right on my chest, so i had to roll it off, trust me, theres no ****ing way you can do this and still look manly doing it. Im gonna kill that punk if I ever see him again.

Diet went ok, it could have been good, hadnt it been for the coke i drank and the portions of chicken with pasta i ate. Or the chocolate i ate before going to bed.

Day 1

Sweet sunday, cause its my fun day! Geez, i think i broke a sleep PR. I just laid down on my bed yesterday, reading "The Bear and the Dragon" Tom clancy, which btw is a good book, and before i knew it i woke up, it was sunday morning 11am. Man, i had plans for saturday :hump: :(

Now i gotta write an 5page essay about the development of the Media and the influence it has had on our society as a whole in New-Norwegian. Thats a ****ed up dialect of norwegian. **** that and **** the ****ing farmers that ****ing speak like that ****.

Everytime i DL its like a religious experience to me and i pray to all of the gods i know of. This time i prayed to the mighty Norse God - Tor to give me strength to rep 140. But did he listen..? Nooooo I really dont think that the mighty norse god Tor gives a two dime about some persian sweating blood at the gym. Well, screw him... Im gonna worship Crom now.

Barbell Rows (T-Bar) - 40x8 , 60x6

I asked one of the Instructors at the gym on how to have correct form at the T-bar. He looked at me like i was a freak, then he started shaking his head and began babbling about how dangerous it was to do T-Bar. I politly told him to go **** himself. ******.

On another note. It was nice to be back in the gym DLing. Man i was excited like a virgin touched for the very first time. Uhmm yeah, never sing that song on the shower. People might give you strange looks.

Diet has been good so far. I woke up late so i just ate a big breakfast instead of Oatmeal and protein bar and egg. I also ate a macrell with tomato 1hour before hitting the gym. **MEntal note ; NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!! I was burping all the time and it taste fisch. uuuhhhhh :(

Actually there were some real nice babes at the gym, but they were kinda young. Here in norway we call them "smŚrips" - directly translated "small-bush berries"--hmm it doesnt sound the same in english.. anyways..there were some real hotties today.

But i just have one questioned. Why in the hell do some girls put on a 5inch layer of makeup before going to the gym!!???? Whats up with that???

Im dropping school today, cause theres no ****ing way that im gonna spend 1,5hours on the Tube just for two chemistry classes. Besides chemistry suxs now!!! The dmaned teaxcher tricked me into smelling some foul smelling shiat. She got a kick out of it, so did the entire class.

skipped training today, cause my back's a bitch. Im taking it slowly and hopefully ill start traning again on sunday. But im gonna mix up the routine a little bit. i dont think that WBB I is something for me, i need more sets.

I'm still on a skip-training-routine and eat-like-crap diet. So far it has worked miracles. I smell, i feel like crap, soon i wont be able to see my penis when standing up, so im good.

I've found out that WBB I isnt the thing for me, I'll change my routine and mix WBB I & II, add something new, tweak that so i can make a routine aimed for endurance instead of strength, and something that wont kill my back. Same thing with the diet. I found out that a 220lbs guy cant live on 2700cals.

Lately, I've realized that I need to make some real changes. Yes, this sounds like the avarege Teen-frustration crap, but im sincere when im telling you that some changes will take place. I've come to the conclusion that I need to put a much more effort into my school work, i think that if i get some 6ers this year, ill have a fair chance at premed. And i plan to take the necessary action in order to achieve that.

Yes, you heard me right, it's time for entering the Nerd-Zone like 90% of the peeps at school. Soon, i'll sit in my classroom during lunch-break and discuss the latest news in Nerdville, while drinking coffee and trying to fool myself that I really am cool.

the only effect i had from the CLA was that it made me much more hungrier than before. Besides that i didnt notice any real changes, just that i was hungry 24/7 and that i lost like 2-3lbs.

Hey Kai! wassup bro?

Well, for the last two weeks ive been on a Security Guard course. It was fun. We learned how to steal, escort, pick locks, CPR and self-defence + communications and problem solving.
There was this dude that had been doing all different kinds of martial arts since he was 14, now hes 50 :eek: man this was friggin awesome. He had lived like 14 years in the State, trainining the FBI in hand-to-hand combat and selfdefence, then he went to UK, training some crazy mofos there and finally went to Russia to train the ****ing unbeliavable, the craziest bunch of killers that has ever existed, I'm talking about the one and only :bow: SPETNAZ :bow: .... *respect*

I signed up for his seldefence course.

Besides this, ive been taking english courses for preparation to the IELT test. Its a Cambridge english test for student wishing to study abroad. Those ****ing ****** rip people of, you have to pay $250 for the course, which is 4 days and then $250 for the test itself. **** those stuck up Cambridge ****ing im-so-important-professors.

And this ****ing week we have the 850years celebration of Oslo Katedralskole/Schola Osloensis (my HS). Its the oldest school in Norway in fact, with a bunch of high profile former students, ie HMK, the ex primeminster, one ambassodor, a couple senators, a whole friggin bunch of poets and writers, mathematichians and a whole bunch of other celebraties. They all attended a concert in hounur of our school yesterday. O'boy, that was the most boring cincert EVER!!! The only cool part was that I had to sell books, before and after the concert. It was cool, since i got to talk to a whole bunch of oldies, remembering the good old days and the bithces, it kinda grossed me since all of the hoochie mamas back then are like 80+ now....

anywayz...lately something strange has happened to me.

Yesterday i met a girl from my school. Ive seen her before on the bus, but ive never really spoken to her before, well last night, on the way home, i gathered all the strength i had and approached her. We hit it off right away. MAN, shes really sweet, sweet as a grape, AND shes smart, good looking, stylish and to top it all of SHES GOT A FRIGGIN PERSONALITY!!! Sweet mother of jezuz...what more can I wish for!? Hmm...ive gotta approach and talk to her more, but i never get the oppertunity since im a senior (3. class) and while shes in 1.class, (is that sophmore or freshman? :eek: ) and i hand with a different crowd then hers...

Whats funny is that ive never felt like this before. Like, normally when i meet a girl i automatically think "hmm, how can i nail her?", but not now. Its weird.

The best part is that she lives like 10min from me.

Ive also realized that i need to get some style, so i went shopping today. heh, im gonna throw away my current wardrobe...well the shopping went fine. I think i bought clothes for $1500. man, im so not looking forward to getting my credit card bill.

the parties and the exams, except for one oral in history, are all over and its only a week till i graduate. this has not been a good year for me. i have let everything go south and i havnt evne bothered to socialize with peeps. after three years at hs i can say that i have only 1 good from friend from that school.

even though i havnt updated this journal for over a month or so, i have been training, trying to get ready for the football season. now ive switched over to a 2 day split.

now i just have to sort out a diet around these. ill be aiming to consume around 3000cals a day at first, then gradually lower it. shouldnt be no problem since my summer vacation starts on tuesday.

i jsut spent 30$ of my own money buying chicken breast, but as it turns out my parents had bought 2kg of chicken breast earlier and that they are in the freezer. this uber sucks.

my diet for the last two days has been spot on. i dont know where i have managed to conjure up all this will power of mine, but its amazing. i was tempted with lasagne, pizza and the most delicious cheeseburger today. but i stood against that and continuing to eat the ill tasting protein bar. un-****ing-believable.

Ghetto; hehehe yeah right, now ive got enough chicken to last me for the rest of the summer.

Cocoa; right now, listening to Fade to Black by metallica (thats where the lyrics are from) im as depressed as one can be.

cool man! where in europe are you planning to visit? need details man, if you want some good tips.

if your are going to italy, i recommend that you go to the east coast, thats where the partys are at. the west coast sucks. dont go to spain, its like florida with all the oldies there. france, especially paris and Canne is nice. but not Nice, its only good for chilling out, cause the bars close at midnight. and, yeah is pretty cool too :cool: good thing about europe is that the booze is cheap and so are the girls.

Military press - 22x7, 22x4, 17x4
Close grip BP - 50x5, 50x6, 50x3

dropped squat and calf raises.

i dont think my lifts have been so low since the first time i trained. man it sucks. the worst thing is that im on a cutting diet.

un****ingbeliavable is that my diet has been spot on for the last day. i didnt train today, cause i had the worst dooms ever and was lackiong the energy. i think ill train everyother day, instead of training two days in a row, then one day's break.

how many cals are you eating while cutting? also are you still playing american football and are you coming to university over here?

yeah that chica is right man. it s quite expensive over there, even more than norway and THATS expensive. id deffinatly check out the eaast coast of france and the west coast of italy. and if you are after shallownes and party, then the greek islands are spot on.

i think im getting around 2500cals a day. I eat ;

300g cottage chees
100 g fiber rich bread
150 g oatmeal /w milk
1 protein shake
135g chicken breast
150g pasta
2 eggs
+ a couple of fruits
+ glutamine, zinc, iron, vit E and multi vit


i probably need to eat more.

yeah, im still playing football, im on the A-team now. its sweet but i need to train like a madman cause those are huuuuuge. and strong as beasts.

i was thinking of studying pharmasi in australia. I have the application forms for the monash university, U of south australia, U of sydney, La trobe university in front of me, theyre all filled out, but i need to write an introduction essay. bleeeeeih but since im conscripted for one year, i wont be able to start at my studies before next year. ill just send in the application this year anyways.

which uni are you going to man?

i cancelled my gym membership and joined a friggin pink dumbbell and cardio queen gym down town. the dumbells only go up to 35kg.
