Hey guys,
I have a major powerlifting meet on Saturday. WEigh in is at 8AM, so I will have to take whatever breakfast I will be eating with me. WHat are some good HIGH ENERGY foods to eat as well? I really just wanna be bouncin off the walls. I was SOSOSOSOSOSO close to getting some ephedra/caffeine filled supplement until the stupid girl at teh front desk of GNC started telling my mom a lot of crap...sheesh. SO now I will have to resort to food. Gimme some ideas.

Plenty of fats. Take some Glucose powder too.

I would recommend a whole wheat bagel or two, plus some gatorade to sip until your turn is up. Just drink a bunch of coffee if you want to be "bouncin off the walls".

oatmeal, apple, and peanut butter. could wake up extra early to allow for 2 meals. try tea instead of coffee for the caffeine.

I would also keep in mind that you are going to be in a powerlifting meet so I wouldn't eat anything that might sit heavy on your stomach.
