Hey guys,
I have a major powerlifting meet on Saturday. WEigh in is at 8AM, so I will have to take whatever breakfast I will be eating with me. WHat are some good HIGH ENERGY foods to eat as well? I really just wanna be bouncin off the walls. I was SOSOSOSOSOSO close to getting some ephedra/caffeine filled supplement until the stupid girl at teh front desk of GNC started telling my mom a lot of crap...sheesh. SO now I will have to resort to food. Gimme some ideas.
