What should I eat before/after workouts and how soon before/after? I heard you should wait 60 min or dirupts blood to tissue.

Further, I've heard NOT to eat fast food. What about Arby's snadwiches. If I am trying to get strong should I not eat stuff. Wendys, Arby, Burgers?

What about chinese, Steamed Dumpling? Monmgolian Beef? Genreal Tso shrimp/chicken, Seasmue Chicken?

Read these articles. Pay attention to the basic ones: How to change your eating habits Pt1 & 2. Read, then read the messages on the boards. Make up a diet that you think is cool. THEN post your diet and we will pick it apart.

At least show some fuken effort...

I would just eat a regular whole food meal about 1.5-2 hours prior to training. Ideally postworkout nutrition would include some whey along with some high GI carbs. I would take this immediately after training.

I would stay away from fast food whenever possible. Fast food does provide a lot of calories but this is not necessarily the ideal way to put on weight. I would stick to clean foods and maybe fast food when in a pinch or having a cheat meal. There is a thread below that discusses Chinese food.
